More information about Rainbows in East Sussex

Girlguiding Sussex East has 63 Rainbow groups meeting every week.  Rainbows are the youngster members of Girlguiding UK, aged between 5 and 7 years old.

Rainbows meet in small groups in schools, church halls and village halls across East Sussex.  There are 14 Rainbow groups in Brighton and Hove, 8 Rainbow groups in Hastings and St Leonards, 8 in Eastbourne and dozens of other Rainbow groups in Uckfield, Lewes, Newhaven, Crowborough and Seaford.

Being a Rainbow is all about having lots of fun. At Rainbow meetings across East Sussex we play games, go outside, make things, sing songs and listen to stories. There are always exciting things to do, and Rainbows really enjoy meeting up with their Rainbow friends.
